I'm back. I'm trying to get what I can done today since everyone
will be working tomorrow. Thus things may be a little out of order.
Anyway to be consistent with 'foo,bar,etc.', the laptop user question
needs to be reworded to something like:

*How important is it that your computer be a laptop.

ADSL
First a few remarks on why this is a revolutionary technology. There
is going to be three different uses of the plain old twisted pair. At low
frequency will be the plain old telephone system (POTS). Telephony
issues. In a higher frequency band will be an ADSL data link always
up point to point similar to a T1 link. Internet issues. In a still higher
frequency band will be the household network. Anywhere in the 
household that there is a phone jack, one can plug in a device and
it is on the network. AMD is manufacturing the chips and has joined
the Home Phoneline Networking Alliance. Home networking. Thus I
suggest that the ADSL questions be moved to the (I was going to
say Internet category but I see its not there) Server services /
Networking or ISP Support category for now until we can reword and
incorporate them. Also I see the 'free software' questions are in the
ISP Support  category. Maybe for now create a 'free software'
category. Later may combine with another category. Also I would
suggest renaming the category ISP Support to Internet in order to
pull all the internet questions together. By the way the $399 computer
less monitor has arrived. It is predicted that this will push the
households owning computers into the majority by the end of the year.
