Firstly.  I think I was actually arguing this with 2 people and thought
it was just one, since I thought this was settled yesterday.

I agree it has to ship on CDROM.  I would be a moron not to.  I was
under the impression that nobody wanted to have boot images available
for installation via floppy and ftp or NFS.

That isn't the case.
