This was original idea.  This makes asking them their video type mute.

I think an "install from" is more appropriate at this point.  If CDROM,
ppp is not necessary.

That's because it takes time to look over all the window managers and
various other aspects of the GUI.  I have asked for comments on the
matter so that the decision will be a majority decision instead of just
mine.  It takes time for people to send these recomendations.  Rest
assured that I am working on the GUI.  I will be checking various window
managers today and posting a priliminary decision for debate some time
tonight.

My preliminary decision for the installation window manager is wm2.  It
give enough to appear good and do the job without the overhead.  And it
definately doesn't bring Windoze to mind.
