Little note on that: The german telecom has trademarked the color magenta
(see http://www.telekom.de) and AFAIK the letter "T". They're already
suing people for the color, dunno about the letter.
I don't think they'll succeed, but still.
Well, I guess I just proved the opposite of what I wanted - nowadays you
leave yourself open to be sued no matter what you do :(
