I guess - but that means that to sell any games, you either have to have the
expansion packs out there on day #1 (in which case you might as well put them
in with the game since they were going to be free anyway)...or you have to
*convince* people that there really, truly *will* be free expansion packs in
the future. I think that's a hard sell.
