Another few days, another update. Lots of good ideas being mulled about.
I think I've been able to get to all of them, but please let me know if
I missed anything (D-oh!). The survey is awash in red tonight, but this
is good as it means that we're adding and changing things.

Vendor support and peer support via internet questions

I nixed the web sites question ... it doesn't really tell us much about
the user (we already know they're computer literate), and nothing about
linux (to go back to Karsten's suggestions as Bob advised :).

Should we ask a 'where did you hear about' question for the operating
systems in the User Demographics section?
