SEUL and SEUL-EDU are quite different in what visitors expect so whatever we
do to seul-edu shouldn't really be applied to SEUL. For example, the seul
main site shouldn't really have graphics and eye-candy whereas seul-edu
would benefit from this. Seul visitors and users are much more on the
technical side.
