Absolutely, I think there will be a lot more Linux-developers if there
would be an easy to use programming tool for Linux like VB (but then
with a beter compiler). If there would be such a tool, many schools and
universaties will use it, if it's free, some companies (probably small)
will start using it (e.g. use Linux), such an programming tool would
stimulate the whole Linux platform...

That software will come if there would be easy to use programming tools,
like VB/Delphi...

But that's the point, if a student has the choice between the well known
VB (win) and VBIX he would choose the first, if the second would be
free, he/she would be eager to use that tool...
