Last year, the leaders used to have nightly meetings to keep track of
progress. Lately, though, people have been working rather than getting
together to talk (well, those of us that are still working). When we're
online you can find us on irc at dev.seul.org (port 7776) in channel #seul

I tend to stay there 24 hours a day, but I'm only actually present for
some of it. Which means that waiting a while before assuming I'm not there
is sometimes a good plan.
