SEUL: ***LIST MOVE***

The seul-project list is temporarily moving from seul.org to seul.mit.edu.
This should help with the list problems we've been having a lot.

So for now, *PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING*:
 Send seul-project mail to seul-project@seul.mit.edu
 Send list requests to majordomo@seul.mit.edu (same content format as before)
 Do _not_ send anything to seul.org, until we've checked that everything's
  working and updated dns (omega or i will tell you when this happens).

If you find that the new mailing list is failing, send mail to
owner-seul-project@seul.mit.edu detailing the exact problem so we can try to
fix it.
