I am under a great time constraint with a baby due within the next several
months. It is possible that I am going to play Mr. Mom and stay home
during the early months which will give me a lot of time to work on things
but in the meantime I am going to devote my energies to one of two
projects ...

Either a custom distribution for sbay.org or for ml.org

My reasoning for this is that it will lay important groundwork for
building a distribution for SEUL. In coming into SEUL I will have
experianced many of the problems with a smaller user base than I otherwise
would have.

Consider these training releases.
