SEUL-Leaders: Oragnization

We need to try to set a time where everyone on the seul-leaders list can join 
in on IRC (with Zircon, if I can get it running...) and discuss how we're 
going to proceed with development.  I have a lot of ideas, but we need to 
discuss them to determine feasibility.  When are people free in the next few 
days?
