SEUL-Leaders: apache config files...

We're about to send out a modified version of the summary post sent out for 
ACKs a few days ago, but the site needs to be working before then.

Can you put /home/seul/conf/* in /etc/httpd/conf ASAP and e-mail me?  I can 
then dblcheck and send out the summary that people have been asking about...
