that letter was erroneous... i think.
according to the next letter, the correct times should be
>6pm PST - Omega
>8pm EDT - Cyber  (CDT)
>9pm CDT- Luka    (EDT)

but i have no clue about the correct time zones.
at any rate, i will be on irc starting around 8:30 or 9:00 pm, eastern us.
