Well, thank you all!
Let me make it clear, that in my case Linux is workstation,
not server, and we have almost no control on WinNT part
(the NT people aren't knowledgeable enough to make major changes,
and I am no Win NT guru either...)

And all we need is DNS/web-proxy (+mail, which works thanks  to
fetchmail, but not the other way for some reason).

I will also try to contact the list.
