In NC there is a Dept. at the state level that "owns" the domain "k12.nc.us"
and all public schools are assigned a domain according to county or district.
Try doing a dig command, ie. $dig k12.nc.us. This should give you the contact
info for your state. ( substitute your states two letter abbreviation )
