It's still there at <http://www.seul.org/edu/todo.html>.  I took
the link off the main page, replacing it with a bigger link to
the email archives.  It hadn't been updated in a _long_ time,
and no one seemed to be working toward the two things listed
there anyway, so it didn't seem very useful.
