More slowly than I'm happy to admit. I didn't know someone else was looking
at it, and I'd be pleased to hear from him. I'd also like to renew my
request ... which up until now has generated NO responses ... that anyone
who is actually using Squeak or a similar product in a teaching setting tell
me what he or she is using it for, how it might be improved, etc. 

Please remember that I am not a teacher, and I haven't worked in a school in
over 3 years. I'm feeling woefully underprepared for meeting with the Squeak
developers next month. I can learn the language and its capabilities on my
own ... that is (part of) what I still do ... but Squeak developers don't
need us to provide programming expertise. They need educational expertise,
and without help from educators on the list, I simply won't be able to
deliver that.
