It's a very good idea, I think.  I haven't heard from Roger yet if this is
feasible to do using SEUL's mail system, but if it is we'll set up mailing lists for
each group that asks.  If not, I'll help you get mailing lists set up
elsewhere.  The WWW educational content group has already set up a mailing list through
egroups.com, so that's clearly a possibility.
