Hello Doug,

Yes, HelpmeICT is being used by schools in Manchester. Their are two 
seperate secondary schools that are using the helpdesk to manage their ICT 
helpdesk facilities. It is also being used by the Central Manchester City 
learning center, which implements a cross-district helpdesk that is 
currently helping one secondary and eight primary schools. One of the 
schools is also going to be using it for educational assistance purposes and 
as a maintenance workflow management tool.

Their are many more schools interested, and it also looks like the project 
(managed by Chris Puttick) will soon spawn a conduct logging system that 
will hopefully be in use by the coming September. I'll let you know if and 
when that happens though ;o)
