I asked around and here's a few more math apps
the teachers are using around here.

I haven't used these programs so I don't know if there
are equivalent Linux applications.

There are still not many teachers using computers in
the classroom for math in our area. Web applications
for math are also very popular, and most I've looked
at do work with Linux web browsers.

For emulating these programs, if wine or dosemu doesn't
work, then as others have mentioned, VNC might be an
option in certain cases.
