Yes. The table still indicates that it's illegal to remove the

OS:

They're still mangling the real licensing requirement which is that
the
OS cannot be transferred to another machine. They should say "the

should remain with the machinefor the life of the OS," not "for the
life
of the machine." (Or perhaps they are arguing that deleting and M$
OS
and installing Linux is the computer equivalent of being "born
again?"
Not likely ;-)
The second sentence is just flat out false.
