They appear to be primarily focussed on the US. There's a similar group in
Australia, which SEUL provides email archive services for, called Computerbank.
You can read their archives by going to <http://www.seul.org/archives/> and
following the appropriate link. There's a group in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada called A.S.K. that seems to be doing broadly similar things. I'd be
greatly surprised if France, Germany, and the UK didn't have similar groups.
