Linguaphile is a simplistic and easy to use command line
translator. It is open source, platform independent, and
programmed in perl. Currently, linguaphile supports the
following languages: 

Bulgarian Czech Danish Dutch English Esperanto Estonian Finnish
French German Greek Hungarian Icelandic Italian Korean Latvian
Norwegian Polish Portuguese Romanian Russian Spanish Swedish
Thai Turkish.  With many more languages to come!
