Off Topic, WWW access on linux via win9x

I am wondering if there is a possibility
someone could point me to a howto or
somesuch that offers a solution for
connecting from a linux box to a web
connection on a Win9x box via ethernet
networking.

What a mouthful.  Any pointers are
appreciated.
