Thank you for your LinuxWorld BOF submission. Unfortunately, I will not be able
to notify people until mid-July on the selection process due to scheduling
issues. I apologize for the delay. I will be in touch soon!
Thank you for your interest in our event!

I will add one more thing about Corbett. Corbett was just awarded "National
School Library Media Program of the Year" by the American Library Association.
http://www.corbettschool.org/~kimgrimes/ala.letter.gif This award deals with
technoloy, media, and education, including linking education apects through the
library, and computer lab of the school. Corbett's technology is almost
entirely based on Linux (>100 Linux on the desktop systems) and some older MacOS
based computers (most not even PPC level).

I would like to cut out "testing of windows applications under WINE from the
above, since this is only a BOF session, and we won't have enough time to cover
it effectivly.
Education events at LinuxWorld NYC:
BOF session (put on the agenda by a person from IBM)
Linux in Education Panel (Doug Loss, Jeff Knox, and a few others. I was a
last minute addition, since we did not know ahead of time if I would be flying
up from Tucson).
My aim is to see a small Linux in Education presence at _ALL_ linux and open
source related confernaces. Especialy important to me is that the events be
listed on the agenda, to increase awareness that Linux in K-12 Education is a
reality, and more people can get involved.
