I found these three applications on OSS4Lib:

Here's a bit about each, in the order listed:

"Welcome to the Avanti project web site. The goal of this project is
to develop an open-source, simple, scaleable, implementation neutral
and
platform independent automated library system and API (Application
Programmer's Interface)."

"The Open Source Digital Library System is a project to develop an
open source next-generation library system. This system can be
implemented by a wide range of libraries - from small public
libraries to large academic ones."

"Leviathan Project: A GNU Library System.   Create a complete system
for libraries to use for book check in/out, renewals, holds, and
Patron Mail.   I am proposing creating a complete library system for
all library transactions."
