I'm actually in the process of doing this right now with about 300 IBM
EduQuests.  I'm using the kit available at
http://www.solucorp.qc.ca/xterminals/ to get started, but then it
appears that I am on my own in getting the Linux system integrated with
our existing WinNT 4.0 network (printing, home directories, etc...)

When I get it going, I'd be glad to share my experience with the list if
you're interested.
