[seul-edu] New educational app--scheduling

Vladimir mentioned it here within the last few days, but I
thought I'd post a URL for it and a description:

asigna receives information about the schedule of a school and
some of its constraints, and with that it tries to arrange a
schedule that satisfy the contraints. It is highly portable and
has a simple plain interface (for the moment the messages for
the user are in Spanish).
