[seul-edu] Program to arrange schedules

Hi

In the  context of the project  Structio, I'm developing  a program to
help to arrange  the schedule of a schools.  There  is a first release
given to the public domain at:

http://structio.sourceforge.net/asigna/

For the moment  the user messages are in spanish  (the sources and the
technical documentation is in english).
