I've looked at this already.  Michael Kohn hasn't released any code for
this, and from the sound of his webpage doesn't intend to.  Also, after
discussion with a few people about a VB translator, it seems that the
most difficult part of the job wouldn't be converting the VB program
statements to something else.  VB is often used as an method to bind
differing Windows programs together, sort of as a super macro language. 
To translate such programs you'd have to do some sort of preprocessing
pass through the code to ensure that functionality similar to the
Windows programs called in the VB code exists on the Linux target
system.  It's not as simple as it sounds from this page unless you are
translating purely stand-alone VB programs.
