I mentioned Thebes here yesterday.  I've just received email from
Laurent stating that he's completed an English webpage for the
program, here:

I asked him what help he might need and he replied: Concerning the
help I need it will probably be a English native person to translate
the documentation and correct English stuff of the soft. If you know
somebody that is motivated and interested, let me know..."
