It occurred to me that the automatic generation of question marks might
be useful when you are trying to build a dictionary for special words.
For instance, if a page called "PostScript" existed in the wiki,
everytime the keyword "PostScript" appeared it would appear as a
clickable
link to a page with a blurb about PostScript on it. Of course you could
turn the clickable link off with the exclamation point prefix.
For software titles like "MuPAD", the clickable link might go to a page
for MuPAD where you could put more info, user comments, more links, etc.
