Doug, I wonder this issue arised at  all  in  the  seul-edu.  I
think, usual newsgroup  practise  must  apply  here.  Probably,
there must be Rules of SEUL-EDU posted every month stating  all
traffic is copyrighted by the poster under OpenContent  if  not
otherwise stated by the poster.  In  any  event,  postings  are
redistributable, etc. Because otherwise it is utter adsurd.

We are here to hear/say free speech...

I must even say that this copyright 'anxiety'  is  worring  me.
Read slashdot.org - AOL is going to sue AT&T for USE  OF  WORDS
("you have mail"). Is our world becoming crazy??? And all those
'disclaimers' everywhere... It's some kind of illness...

That we can't discuss things  without  OpenContent  License  to
keep our speach free!!!

Well, I agree with the license - it just  legalizes  the  moral
understanding  of  what  one  can  do  with  somebody's  freely
"spoken" words.
