Hi there

Like Les said, no national standard here... Here's a link for Quebec's
curriculum. Almost everthing there is in french, but you have access to an
english section there.

It may be difficult to find exactly what you need since Quebec is into a
curriculum reform that bring competencies up to front instead of focusing
on plain knowledge.
