Hi,

Here's a rough outline of one approach:
1) Data exchange will be based on RSS format.
2) Authorized folks register their resource including Name, URL, update
times, etc. on a web based interface (protected)
3) The system will read these resources, and parse them, and compare with
existing stored resources and update as required.
4) It will convert these rss formats into html and display in some format.


Is this roughly what folks are looking at doing?
