Don't forget that for those not familiar with Windows
or computers other WM may be easier. I have found that
Black Box, if the menu's are set up nicely, is very
popular with those who don't normally like computers. It
can be set up so that only the things you need to use are
on the menu and thus, from their perspective, less cluttered
and easier to get to work.
