Help viewer status

So the help stuff is now in cvs (though I don't think that cvs is
globally reported yet, it probably will be soon.) As I mentioned
earlier I will usually put updates into cvs instead of making a
full release, since this will reduce the time for feature writing.

The next few features intended to be written are:

1. Complete search indexes and search capability
2. Create doc index to allow help to be called using name
    document only (no extension, like man.)
3.  Texinfo and info pages.
4. Searching visible document for words.
5.  Fixes and stuff.
