Search help

I posted earlier regarding searching of help, and a possible
database implementation. I have recently been made aware
of a powerfull search engine which already exists (gpl) and
looks like it will (mostly) suit our needs. It is called
swish-e and may be found at:

I think we should still endevour to keep the interface generic
enough so that we can use other search engines as oportunity is
presented. This can be done easily enough, however.
