Actually, just to keep people from thinking about this too long, this
decision has already been made quite a while ago. We are using CVS,
and we have a CVS repository already set up on cran. We can give
developers accounts on cran, and they can work either locally or
remotely. Omega's set up some scripts to make a project as large as
the SEUL project work well (we hope).

Expect some docs on this process...sometime. Let me know if you need
to know. :)
