New Debian PPP package

Debian has a new PPP dialer that just showed up in unstable today. I quote from
the package description in dselect:

"When you install this package, your modem will be detected automatically and
you need to specify just three parameters, the phone number, username and
password. WvDial knows enough to dial with most modems and log in to most
servers without any other help"

Anyone with Concentric internet access might want to specify user@ppp as your
username to ensure that a PPP session is started after entering your password.

I will put a modem on my test system and check this out as soon as I can.

This sounds pretty promising.
