The Title says it all.  KDE 1.0 has been declared stable and 
workable on all Linux systems ( except RedHat 5.1  where you
must upgrade to EGCS 1.03a )

The Harmony project is moving on at a fairly fast clip too and 
should be ready for the second major release of KDE.  

I am on the recruiting rounds again.  Anyone with lots of GUI
programing knowledge please jump into that QT replacement so
the arguments can stop.
