It really doesn't matter. I suspect people not trying to build on a Win32
platform will be annoyed at the files if they are placed right in src/, but
Win32 developers will appreciate it.

The most "fair" thing would probably be to put the Win32 project files
whereever the linux makefiles go, and those go (I figure) in src/ .
