PFile segfault bug fixed

The segfault bug in PFile I described yesterday seems to be gone. It was
caused by some code in URLInfo deleting an uninitialized pointer, and
somehow the alloctable corruption caused by this always propagated silently
until the very same place in the code, where it caused the segfault.

*Sigh*

I'm now committing the fix.

As a side note: Adding files and directories to PakArchives mostly works
now.
