back again

Hello anybody!

So here I am back from military duty (and holidays). As I promised, I will put
some more work in PenguinInput.

Now, I got a little question: Is there a PenguinEvent already? If yes: How
usable is it yet and is it OO only or procedural as well? Just want to know,
whether I have to spread the events myself or not.
