GLUT/GLX clarification

On Linux Mesa you can use GLUT with full screen apps. This is done by
using :
  export MESA_GLX_FX = "fullscreen" 

This works in fullscreen X11 and console 3DFX and GGI modes of
operation. Svgalib people like me are currently out of luck :-( 

Read the README.GGI and README.3DFX files in the Mesa distribution for
more infomation.
