I think you might as well send it off the the GGI people as well, just so
they know what everything else knows.

Apart from stuff about "how PPlay relates GGI", I also told them our
proposed time & place.  (2100GMT on #pplay at Efnet).  Maybe we should
use a different name for the channel.
