I tried to summarize the things discussed upto now about the big
meeting (and, as well added some ;):

Weīll need three basic versions of the announcement/invitations:

A. The main Announcement

Contents:

(1) Topics and Goals of the meeting:
  * Get an impression what is needed to attract professional game developers
  * coordinate the efforts
  * discuss the future "strategy"

* ppl providing libs for cross-platform devel (SDL etc)

(5) Organizational notes

* Meeting will be logged; the raw log will appear immediately afterwards on
our homepage, an edited log and summary will appear 1-2 days later
* (not sure here) It would be nice if ppl gave a note what project/compayny
they/re in (if they are, that is).
