I updated the topics for this weekend's IRC meeting:
* The meta project announcement / call for developers (what needs to be in
it? Where to post it? ...)

* The Meta Project homepage (structure, design, what tools to use)
Henti, is it possible to have a very first version up until Sat?

It would be good if as many ppl could come to the meeting so that we can
finish these large topics now.
