I always used vi to remove all the color tags from the articles from
LGDC, before I printed them and saved them in my local home-directory.
I would suggest black text on white or light yellow background.
Or leaving the colors to the browser (the user).
I don´t think that a webpage should override too much of the users
preferences. But that´s my personal opinion.
